Here's a nice sales pitch intro from Infusionsoft. They are one of several providers that provide online services to semi-automate marketing and interaction with clients using websites, various email toolsets and mobile. Particularly useful for online marketers and professional services companies, dentists, doctors etc. anyone that needs to keep in contact with their client base on a regular basis. We use Zoho CRM for this, but Infusionsoft was an early player and it works well. But like most of these shystemss, although the monthly costs are low, the setup and custom programming to make it really work well for each client and sector can take time.
